When you're shooting a star like San Francisco 49ers champion Vernon Davis, the last thing you want is drizzle hitting your lens.  Dinkum Systems owner and inventor John Mans didn't need to worry about that problem on a shoot for Travelchannel's "Trip Flip", with his handy COMPACT lens shade poking its head out from under the rain cover.  Not just useful for preventing lens flare, the hot shoe mounted shade is great for stopping droplets too.  And from the look on John's face it doesn't seem like the crew are enjoying themselves on this job at all!
